La Citoyenne's RainbowShift version
First observed in "Over The Rainbow", the RainbowShift pattern consists in a specific form of symmetries with the opening cell. Since this RainbowShift produces more changes in the melody than a simple repeat would, it was not incorporated into the revised version.

Cell1 (bars 1-2, with the Pick-up), comes from the original song.
Cell 2 (bars 3-4), has its Off-beat (bar 3) in symmetry with the Off-beat of Cell 1 (bar 1).
Cell 3 (bars 5-6), is a repeat of Cell 1 (bars 1-2).
Cell 4 (bars 7-8), has its Off-beat (bar 7) in symmetry with the Beat of Cell 1 (bar 2).

Symmetries
These two symmetries confer considerable unity on the resulting 8-bar phrase, and the symmetry between bars 6 and 7 suggest a higher rhythmic level, producing a lofty, majestic feeling.
